Yes! Our Golden Gals class is designed especially for women 65 and up. We meet every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 10:30 AM. Each session focuses on seated or standing strength work, balance drills, light resistance training (using bands, dumbbells, or bodyweight), along with gentle stretching and mobility exercises. Movements are low-impact and can be easily modified — we always prioritize safety, comfort, and steady progress at your own pace.
