What inspired her to coach?

Anna was welcomed into a supportive health and wellness community, and that experience—along with her faith—led her to Aptitude. Now she uses her passion to help others rebuild confidence through healthy habits and movement.

Favorite exercise:

High Knee Jack Twist — a fun and energizing full-body favorite.

Favorite class to teach:

Conditioning. Anna loves guiding members through challenging, dynamic workouts that build strength and endurance.

Message to members:

Big changes begin with small, impactful habits. Start small, stay consistent, and watch what’s possible.

Outside the gym:

Anna enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids, especially opening their home and hosting others.
