What inspired her to coach?
Ashley began working out for her mental health and quickly discovered the benefits of regular exercise for both body and mind. When God presented the opportunity to coach, she embraced it and now loves encouraging others to prioritize their mental and physical well-being.

Favorite exercise:
Kettlebell swings — a powerful, energizing move that gets the heart pumping.

Favorite class to teach:
Kickboxing. Ashley enjoys helping members unleash their strength and confidence through dynamic, high-energy workouts.

Message to members:
You are more capable than you think. Your mind is powerful—PMA (Positive Mental Attitude) makes all the difference.

Outside the gym:
Ashley loves spending time with family and friends, especially outdoors in God’s beautiful creation. She also enjoys rucking, frolfing, and crocheting.
