
What inspired her to coach?
Growing up in sports taught Jami the power of movement, teamwork, and feeling strong. Now, as a coach, she loves sharing that passion by helping others feel their best and reach their goals.
Favorite exercise:
Romanian Deadlift — a staple strength move she never gets tired of.
Favorite class to teach:
Barbell. Jami loves watching members realize how strong they truly are—and seeing them hit new goals week after week.
Message to members:
Fitness is about progress, not perfection. Show up for yourself, build strength inside and out, and remember you’re capable of more than you think.
Outside the gym:
Jami enjoys being outdoors, traveling, and making memories with family and friends whenever she can.
