
What inspired him to coach?
Josh is co-owner of Aptitude Fitness and loves helping people become stronger and more confident in their bodies. Nothing is more rewarding to him than seeing members get stronger, push past limits, and crush their goals.
Favorite exercise:
Squats. Josh is all about lower-body training—hip thrusts, split squats, and all things legs—but squats are the one lift he never gets tired of and is always striving to improve.
Favorite class to teach:
Axle. Josh has always loved barbell lifting, and the Axle bar adds a fun, versatile twist. It offers endless variety while still allowing for heavy lifting, making it the best of both worlds.
Message to members:
Wellness is a lifelong journey built on consistent daily habits. There are no shortcuts—just steady, intentional effort.
Outside the gym:
Josh loves spending time with his family, especially traveling and adventuring together.
