What inspired her to coach?
Kim’s passion for fitness started by attending her husband’s military squadron group classes. She fell in love with helping people reach their goals safely and efficiently. Coaching also allows her to express her creativity and burn off extra energy.

Favorite exercise:
Squat-to-overhead press with heavy weights — a full-body, strength-building favorite.

Favorite class to teach:

Message to members:
Set clear goals and know your “why.” Mix up your workouts to challenge your muscles, and remember that moderation is key if weight loss is a goal.

Outside the gym:
Kim enjoys Bible study, trips to the dog park, and spending quality time with her family.
