What inspired her to coach?
Kristin originally got certified as a personal trainer, but speaking in front of people wasn’t her plan—God had other ideas. She discovered a love for group fitness, where she could encourage others on their fitness journeys and help them grow stronger.

Favorite exercise:
Heavy deadlifts — a powerful way to build strength and confidence.

Favorite class to teach:
Strength. Kristin enjoys combining challenging strength work with sweat-inducing fun for a complete workout experience.

Message to members:
Fitness is a marathon, not a sprint. There are no shortcuts. Showing up for yourself, even when it’s tough, is how you get stronger.

Outside the gym:
Kristin enjoys spending time in nature, reading, and sipping tea.
