
What inspired him to coach?
Mitchell has always been surrounded by sports and an active lifestyle. His passion for fitness drives him every day, and he loves helping others achieve their personal health and performance goals.

Hang Clean — a powerful, full-body move that challenges strength and technique.
Favorite class to teach:
Strength. Mitchell enjoys guiding members through workouts that build power, stability, and confidence.
Message to members:
Fitness isn’t just about looking good—it’s about feeling strong, confident, and free to live the life you want without limits.
Outside the gym:
Mitchell enjoys fishing, playing golf and other sports, hanging out with friends, and traveling with his wife.
