
What inspired her to coach?
Nikki is co-owner of Aptitude Fitness. Her love for group fitness and her own experience juggling motherhood, career, and health led her to coaching. She later added nutrition and peri/menopausal coaching after realizing how transformative the right support can be for women.
Favorite exercise:
Running — it’s where she feels most centered, strong, and mentally clear.
Favorite class to teach:
POUND — the music, rhythm, and her dance background make it a perfect fit, and she loves watching clients feel strong and energized.

Outside the gym:
Nikki loves spending time with her husband, three kids, and dogs. She enjoys reading and recharging through travel.
