Classes
The AXLE bar allows for multiple strength training exercises, from squats, deadlifts, rows, and many more. Target arms, abs, legs, and yes, even your butt.
Barbell class is a fitness class in which we will combine continuous cardiovascular activity with light to moderate weight training. The weight training is performed using a standard two-hand barbell with weight plates attached to both sides.
Aptitude Golden Girls Classes are designed for members age 65+ focusing on strength, mobility and balance.
Kickboxing combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.

Our Sweat Classes are circuit-style workouts that incorporates moving from one exercise to another quickly, in order to keep your heart rate elevated and your body burning more calories at the same time.
