Need to Cancel Your Aptitude Fitness Membership?

How to Cancel:

To cancel your membership, simply email us at nikki@aptitudedsm.com with:

  • Full Name
  • Phone Number
  • Membership Type
  • A brief note sharing why you're canceling — your feedback helps us continue improving!

Cancellation Notice Required: 30 Days

Please provide at least 30 days’ notice before your next billing date to cancel your membership.

This ensures we can process your request in time and prevent any additional cycles from being billed.

If notice is given fewer than 30 days before your next billing date:

Your upcoming scheduled charge will still process, and that paid period will serve as your final active membership cycle.

All memberships:

  • Renew automatically every 4 weeks
  • Require a 30-day notice to cancel
  • Are purchased in person or through secure payment links sent directly by a staff member
  • Are not available for direct purchase on our public website

This structure ensures that every membership begins through a personal, informed process — never an automated online checkout.
